Help and safeguarding

Learning should feel safe.

A parent, student or teacher can raise a concern directly with a real person.

Raise a concern

Email safeguarding@monproeducation.co.uk. Include only what is necessary. If someone is in immediate danger call 999; for a non-emergency police concern call 101.

How classes work

Classes use controlled joining links and do not provide private student-to-student messaging. Students may keep their camera and microphone off. Parents and students can release a booked seat from the Classes page.

Recording notice

Classes offered through MonPro may be recorded for reviewed member replays. A parent must accept the current recording notice for each child before that linked student can choose and book classes independently. The parent can revoke that standing permission at any time; existing bookings remain visible and can be cancelled. A parent booking directly confirms the notice for that booking. Cameras and microphones are optional. Recording is for the stated teaching purpose; access is restricted, sharing is not permitted and identifiable student contributions are not republished without the appropriate permission.

Our procedure

We record the concern securely, assess immediate risk, preserve relevant evidence, limit access to the people handling it and refer to the school, local safeguarding partnership, police or other authority when required. Safeguarding records are kept separately from ordinary support messages.
